As one of the main fashion week official venue and production company, fashion scout invited the world for pioneering talent to their showcase events at London and Paris Fashion Weeks have presented over 1,000 designers to international media, buyers and influencers.

I worked with them for two seasons events in 2023, acted as the mid-contact point of negotiating and coordinating between various aspects to support the producing process, helping the new-raised innovative designers and brands successfully presenting their work on internation stage and media.

my work included:

File translation and Media Pack created. Casting organization /onsite model management. Runway backstage management. Communication support between designers, technicians, show director, venue, host, media & sponsors. Meeting and greeting media, clients and VIP guest. Booking coordination.

Scenery design, Brand photography and video production for social media shooting producer and general management; Set build follow up. get in and out support, Venue, transport, food and vehicle booking, Parcel tracking. Created schedules and budget control.
